  • 1lb. fettuccine
  • 1 package. thawed frozen peas
  • 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

4 simple steps

  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. Over medium-low heat warm cream, milk, and generous salt and pepper
  3. Add cooked pasta and simmer until sauce thickens 2-3 minutes
  4. Add peas and stir for 2 minutes; top with parmesan
